Withdrawal period
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a consumer contract for services, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Different mandatory legal rules can apply depending on the specific contract classification and circumstances.

Effects of withdrawal
Where a valid withdrawal is made, payments must be refunded in accordance with the applicable consumer law, generally within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Any legally permissible amount due for services already performed depends on the specific circumstances and required prior information or express customer requests.
Starting an evaluation or accepting general terms does not automatically eliminate statutory withdrawal rights. If a particular service qualifies for an exception, any additional legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement must be collected separately and documented.
