Trading and leveraged markets
Strategies referencing forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, futures and other volatile or leveraged markets face substantial market and execution risk. Price gaps, spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints and volatility may rapidly affect results. No trading method can eliminate losses.
Evaluation fees and failure risk
Evaluation fees are paid for access to a rules-based simulated assessment, not for purchasing an investment asset. You may fail an evaluation by not meeting objectives or by breaching the applicable risk limits. A failed evaluation does not automatically give rise to a refund; mandatory customer withdrawal and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Simulated performance differs from live performance
Simulated fills, historical prices, spreads and execution may not replicate real market liquidity, counterparties, costs, latency or operational disruptions. Backtests and simulated profits do not reliably predict future performance.
No promised funding or reward
Meeting evaluation objectives does not guarantee a funded-stage agreement, employment, an allocation of real capital, a reward, profitability or any other financial return. A subsequent stage may depend on identity checks, compliance review and separate conditions.
Third-party systems
Platform connectivity, market data, technology, verification and payments may rely on third parties. Outages, synchronization issues or unavailable services can affect an evaluation. Contact support if you believe a technical error affected your result.
No investment advice or custody
Aurion does not receive customer trading deposits or manage customer investment portfolios under its evaluation model. Site content is informational and is not personal financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for understanding the rules and the fee before purchase.
